Daptron LFP batteries, incorporating the latest achievements in the field of prismatic LFP cells, successfully exceed 6000 charge-discharge cycles due to the individual compression of the cell at over 300 Kgf!

Among the main protections that Daptron LFP batteries benefit from, we list:

·          Individual compression of each cell

·          Separate compartment for each cell

·          Separate ventilation of LFP cells

·         Avoiding physical contact between LFP cells

·          Avoiding detachment of connectors welded on cell terminals by mounting each in its own housing.

·          Protection against external shocks (impact in an accident, metal penetration) through the honeycomb structure designed and 3D printed. Tested by the IS0 – 527.2 method, the internal battery remains functional at an impact of 30,000 Kpa!

·          Calibration of connectors for reaction to any type of internal cell anomaly.

·          Sealed anaerobic flame retardant encapsulation to prevent chain ignition. The intentional ignition of a cell by overvoltage (80V / cell) the rest of the cells remained functional and did NOT lead to self-ignition of the entire pack!!!

·          The standard battery management system (which is limited to monitoring overvoltage and undervoltage) is extended to thermal monitoring, current monitoring and individual balancing, but can be extended (on request) to remote control methods (e.g. SMS, internet) as well as to preset situations (e.g. operation only in a certain GPS area, in a certain time interval or within a certain speed limit)
